Yes, We should definitely keep a positive mindset. But My center is in Silver Spring MD, and training starts May 4th, I just wish theyd send the info further so I can put in my two weeks. But definitely keep me posted as I will do the same. Good luck! Moins

Try to tame the situation to the best of my ability, and if no change then escalate the situation to my manager. Moins

I would ask them to calm down quietly and tell them if they keep yelling I would call security to come help me Moins

Just listen them untill they come bit cool... If u intarupt them then they will start more. So just be also cool front of customer, if customer will see the patient in you then they will come down. And once they will come down then maximum try to solve their matter. If you still feel difficult then just take support from your seniors or your management. 😊 Moins
