Applied at 12 noon and received a call at 3 pm. I interviewed within a week. The first interview was somewhat formal (wear makeup and black nice clothes). The second interview was more personality based and you fit in with the company. The company loves great communicators.

Teams interview online. Then in store skills test, doing makeup on someone and then you have a store approval with store manager with an interview aswell and they ask just generic questions
Called and offered a position off of being a customer, and having a professional license. Very friendly and kind and professional. Looking forward to working with them! Holiday hours then possibly a key holder

Applied online and received an ema inviting me to interview. Met face to face in a cafe. The chat was very friendly and put me at ease. Not heard back yet but only been 3 days.
