It was pretty fast I got a call back in three days after the interviews, I has one face to face just like any interview then I got called for a send one which was application of makeup and how I would sell it by introducing it to the customer

I had two interviews, one with the boutique manager, and the other with the district manager. The first was a formal one on one sit down, asking questions about experience, and how I would handle certain situations. The second with the DM was casual and lighthearted.

Super easy and quick dust interview. Second interview required you to do make up on someone in a 45 min interaction. Knowledge on products is a plus and as well as enthusiasm for cosmetics and customer service.

My first interview was with the store manager. I was asked the usual interview questions for retail and a lot about where I want to be going forward.
I was asked to come I a second time with a model/friend and do a makeup application.
