Lined up the interview through a referral from someone in the industry. Received a call from a recruiter for the company and scheduled a 30 minute call for the following day (today). The call MAYBE lasted 15 minutes. Majority of the time was spent with the recruiter telling me why I was unqualified for the position. He also told me some of the qualifications that were absolute requirements, yet were not listed on the job description. First of all, if you don't think I'm qualified, don't bother wasting your and my time. Second of all, you're wrong - I am qualified, and you lost out on a solid candidate. Suggestion: don't berate people during an interview and lose the attitude.
