Applied online and contacted within 2 weeks. Had 2 interviews. The second interview was just a discussion about their benefits. After the second interview I was emailed that they would probably make me an offer in the next few days. I received an offer letter the following day. The recruiting is handled by corporate recruiters, the interviews are with the managers and the rest of the hiring process is handled by the same recruiter.

i got a call from HR rep and did a pre-screen with basic questions.
then I had an in person interview. it was in the main office downtown and it was one on one. overall, the process was very easy

Initial phone interview with recruiter (cake), followed by second in-person interview with recruiter (also cake). Final interview with recruiter and hiring manager; this is where you learn more about what the department you'll be working in does specifically. Thinking up stories on the spot is key here. It's all about spin; how does your experience apply to what Department X does in particular?
