J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zions Bank (Salt Lake City, UT) en janv. 2017
Entretien
Two separate experiences:
First interview was conducted by three individuals who I would later find were the manager, assistant manager, and one of the higher up employees in the department. The interview was simple and straightforward, most of the questions revolved around customer service and working with others. Questions didn't seem to be prepared in advance but the interview felt like a more casual setting than others I'd been in.

Interview was with branch manager. Simple questions about background, customer service skills. Tell me about yourself, why Zions, etc. It was more like robotic interview and she told that they have a already candidate for full 40 hours. That interview was not friendly and welcoming. By leaving branch I knew I do not want to work there.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zions Bank (Orem, UT) en nov. 2017
Entretien
Simple phone interview. I already had bank experience so they gave me the job. I had worked as a teller for about a year and a half before this so when I interviewed they asked me some questions about my experience and why I wanted to get back into banking.
