I was invited for a group interview, with about 10 people. We were asked to introduce ourselves, and then proceeded to do a couple of group activities in smaller teams, such as designing an ad for one of the Inditex brands, picking a star testimonial, the clothes, describing the target, etc.

Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Entretien
Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses

Online form, with submission of cv and then a group interview with 7/8 more people. we did introductions, we were given some scenarios and were asked to answer 1 at a time, we were then asked our availabilities
