One interview where they asked, Why Zara? My strengths and weaknesses and they asked me to determine what skills I had that made me a good candidate for the role. I waited about 2 weeks to hear back about the position and was offered a shift-based role

Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses

Online form, with submission of cv and then a group interview with 7/8 more people. we did introductions, we were given some scenarios and were asked to answer 1 at a time, we were then asked our availabilities
