They were very professional and thorough. They followed a process of elimination at successive interview stages. There was a group discussion and a behavioral type of interview. There was also a test that had to do with data interpretation, data checking etc. The test was quite long and I was under time pressure while doing it.

The data checking question caught me unawares. I had to make logical decisions about the nature of the data and had to connect information in different fields.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
