Entretien
First completed a phone screen interview which was an overview of the position. Next I received a phone call with the manager to schedule a face to face interview. The face to face interview was structured. They asked questions about my work experience and my work ethics. I was offered the position the following day.

Entretien
Two over the phone interviews. One is a pre-screen and the second is an actual interview. The calls were roughly 30 minutes each and I would definition recommend studying their website before hand. The hiring manager interviewing is from one of the specific locations so it’s best to be knowledgeable about the house you may be previously working at. Have questions ready for them already written down so you don’t trip over yourself trying to think of questions throughout

Entretien
Youth Villages recruiter helped me set up interview with Main counselor and Supervisor who both interviewed me and asked a several questions. They also said I could ask questions of them regarding the program, job duties, etc. at any time. Told me they'd be meeting with other applicants but would get back with me within a week for a second interview/job offer.
