I had 2 agencies who called me. The first advised me that I had an interview, then advised me that the team could not agree when. It lasted 2 weeks before I advised him that I would not go forward. Another agency rung. They advised me that they had they knew the decision makers well and could get me an interview. The company "ghosted" me for the first interview which left me very unhappy. The interview did take place a week later. It went ok. The next day I got an email from the agency advising that they want to meet me for a 2nd interview. A week afterwards and I tried several times to arrange this but it never happened. Eventually I gave up. I don't blame the agencies. I blame Verizon Media. They seem highly unorganized, have not a clue what they are doing and if this is how they structure interviews, thank God I won't be working for them

The interview process was super smooth and responsive. The yahoo team followed up regularly. The process was interview long, involving a phone screening and two zoom interviews. Upon accepting the offer, the recruiting team did a great job answering questions.

Very disappointed with the candidate experience at Yahoo. After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter and an interview was scheduled. Just 10 minutes before the call, I was informed of an emergency and asked to reschedule. I immediately responded with my availability, but was completely ghosted despite multiple follow-ups. For a company like Yahoo, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It’s a complete waste of a candidate’s time and shows a lack of basic courtesy. I never expected such careless behavior from a recruiter representing a global brand—such a shame!

Ghosted by HR. I received an email to schedule an interview. I responded to the email with my availability. I never heard from them again. I sent second follow-up email a few days later. Ghosted. HR practices are horrible. Wasted my time.
