I was very unimpressed with the interview process. Compared to other start ups in the area, the hiring manager was very disinterested and did not try to sell the company at all. They also seemed unprepared and did not take the time to get to know me. Throughout the entire interview, they sounded very bored and didn't even show me their entire face. It seemed liked they were not passionate about interview or the company at all. They were late for the interview on Zoom and when asked about what their favorite part of the company, they did not reflect beyond the company mission, which is very telling about their commitment. After the interview process, I was immediately turned off from seriously applying there.
