I had an initial call with the Recruiter for the role, and my experience matched perfectly. I was given the go-ahead by the recruiter and told I would hear back in a few days for next steps. It's been a few weeks now and have sent a few messages to try and get an update. Given the culture for Xero, I didn't expect to be treated as such, especially given my years of experience in this industry.
