Quick phone screening followed by interview. First interview was really positive and comfortable. 2nd interview was awkward and uncomfortable. Interviewer seemed disinterested and didn't facilitate a conversation. Overall experience was good. 2nd interview was in a high traffic area, so each person who walked past stared into the room.
