Structured questions and discription of position. Relaxed atmosphere. First interview with HR rep and direct supervisor. Second with HR rep, direct supervisor, and environmental leasion. Had to review information and make comments. Walked shop and safety issues. Company reposted posision even though I was told I was a top candidate. HR also said they would contact me within specified time frame but I had to contact them. I enjoyed interview and direct supervisor was polite and professional but I feel as though the HR rep was inconsiderate of my time and unprofessional, treating me as if I was beneath her. Not a great first contact by company.
