Numerous interviews with different people at separate times. It was difficult to go to so many interviews without raising red flags with my current employer. I also asked the management about what they felt their biggest challenges were and felt they side stepped the question. This left questions in my mind as to wether I would have been happy at the company or not. The front desk staff was very unprofessional - they did not greet me, were on a personal call when I entered the lobby, and did not feel it necessary to so much as smile. For these reasons, I did not pursue an offer with Xacti, though the other staff members I met were quite pleasant.
