Too casual. There was no structure to the role description. The managing director casually called without asking for a suitable date and time making it awkward to have a fruitful discussion.
Smooth, easy and intuitive, no round and round abouts or many many rounds. Transparent and friendly, with honest feedback at every stage. The human resource or talent acquisition were very forthcoming with information and updates after each round.
