I had two phone calls before I came in to interview in person for the agency side of the company. I was really nervous but my interviewers made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The in-person interview was more on the relaxed side, which I loved. My interviewers were a lot of fun to talk to and it definitely felt like they were trying to get to know my personality on top of my related work field skills. Overall a good experience! The angle they approached my interviews with made complete sense because when you have a small team you definitely need to be able to get along with the people that you work with.
