J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (Dublin, Dublin)
Entretien
I was contacted by a Twitter recruiter on LinkedIn. A recruiter than called me after I responded to that InMail, she told me more about the role and the process. She then set me up with the second stage - a phone interview with the Sales Manager. We had that call, and he told me it would be soon after that I would hear back. A week later I contacted the recruiter asking for an update. She responded immediately to tell me that they would like to bring me in for onsite interviews as the phone interview went well. I gave her various date and time options. I didn't hear back, and chased two weeks later. I still haven't heard back, and that was two months ago.

Entretien
One 30 minute phone chat with recruiter, very simple and fluid - just covering the basics.
Four separate interviews on site, each 30 minutes long.
This included Role play presentation and questions
The first 3 interviews went exceptionally well, answered every question with ease.
The 4th guy interviewing was tough and appeared to want me to fail. He wasn't satisfied with the answer to his question 'If you got the job - what would be the first thing you'd do?'

The initial phone interview was relatively straightforward - the HR person asked me a series of generic questions including my past experience, what i thought of twitter, why i wanted to work there, my salary expectations - at the end she was able to tell me immediately i was through to the phone interview with my potential line manager. An email was sent and arrange for 4 days later. The phone interview was fairly standard - he asked me to go over the job spec and why i thought i was relevant to the post, what my biggest achievement to date was and how i would bring these skills to this post. He asked me about what i felt about the company, i got the feeling that i didn't answer the question correctly as he kept asking me did i want to add anything else. Once i had finished answering this question it was obvious i wasn't what he was looking for and he cut the interview short - all in all it was about 20mins.
