I'll preface by saying that while my initial interview with Jackie was a poor experience (she was 40 minutes late to our first phone interview. Then once we talked she told me I should apply to a higher level role and I was excited she thought so highly of my background, then proceeded to tell me that she didn't think it was a good fit...I was really shocked and somewhat hurt)
ANYWAYS, the other talent acquisition person I spoke to I believe her name was Lizzie was extremely helpful and very attentive! She was responsive and schedule my new interview for a different role about 2 1/2 months later. I had an in-person and it lasted a little over an hour , which I figured was a good sign. They sent me off with an assignment to turn in. They usually give their applicants 24 hours to finish it, but because it was Friday I got the whole weekend thankfully! After they received it I got another assignment, to which i had to present in front of Directors and the GM, I was really nervous during the presentation but they were very warm and kind! I accepted the offer, and my experience has been amazing so far. It really seems like the company cares deeply for their employees. The on-boarding/training is exceptional and so different from my last job. While it is a step down in title and pay by a lot, it will be so valuable!
