I applied online. The process was smooth and organized. It took me less than 2 weeks so things moved super fast.
The interview was casual and I really felt like they care about how your mind works and in finding people with potential. That made everything even better! Jackie was great, super quick in following up and supportive.
When you come in for an on-site interview you can tell why this is such a great company.

Three rounds of interviews took about a week and a half. I applied through an internal reference and I think that accelerated the process. The interviews were thorough and pleasant. It felt like they got a real sense of who I was and vise versa.

Applied online. Follow up email from recruiter to set up a time to speak. First phone interview with HR. Not the greatest experience with HR recruiter. Wasn't very organized.

Speedy process, difficult HR screening. HR asked several technical questions regarding paid media experience and dropped a few terminology questions. Have examples of UGC and be ready to discuss why you think they work.
