World Wide Stereo has been posting this position with a lot of recruiters for a long time under several different title names. They reject most applicants and are looking for someone that they like vs. someone that has long related experience. It sounds like a lot of pressure for not much pay. The interview is virtual but even so it's not a good use of your time.

Question 1
The interview is very one sided. They only ask a few questions about software particular to this job and then ask about your "work culture." This company is very focused on marketing (they sell very expensive electronics to wealthy clients) and they are more focused on enthusiasm (genuine or not) than anything else.
