I applied online, had the initial screening call with the recruiter, then 2 interviews with 2 directors in the team. The recruiter was great, very helpful and maintained good communication throughout the process. The interviewers were friendly and the interviews felt more like a 2 way conversation. I thought it went well but they decided not to progress further. I had a call to discuss feedback and received really positive feedback, they thought I had a solid resume and very good relevant experiences but the last interviewer just thought I didn't say enough which is quite an odd reason. I thought the interviewer was quite awkward and cold and that's why I was holding back more and there were times when I would say or ask something to fill the silences. I guess maybe they had a better personal connection with someone else. I appreciated the feedback though
