After applying online I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter called promptly for our scheduled call. He talked a little about the company and the role and then went through my resume and asked questions about my experience. Early in the call he said WK only hire people with big company experience. He did say he'd share my resume with the hiring manager anyways. Not sure if he did or not because I never heard back. Since they're not open to people with smaller company experience I don't think I'll apply again.

I had a great conversation w the recruiter, sounded like I'd advance to the next round. Never heard from her again. Some red flags= how long the top leaders have been there, blocking the next gen from advancing.
