4 rounds of interviews, the first 3 are with members of the team and more culture assessments to see if you will be a good fit. The technical assessment is the most difficult part. You need to deploy a two-tier application to the cloud and and deploy Kubernetes clusters. You need to build CI-CD pipelines and configure cloud native security.

Met with a recruiter first who went over behavioral questions and basic cloud questions. Met with the hiring manager who asked more detailed questions and gave candid and detailed feedback for job requirements

I failed on the last stage of the interviews which was supposed to be technical (4th out of 4). I was declined due to me lacking experience in the field (even though it was perfectly stated in my CV which they had from day 1). It should be said that this was after a weeks long technical assignment which I passed. The interviewer in the fourth interview did not ask a single technical question and basically slammed me the whole hour on why am I trying to get this job when my experience is elsewhere, explaining repeatedly that they cannot loose customers due to people not being technical enough. What a terrible experience
