J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2018
Entretien
The interview process had 4 stages.
1. General interview. The lead of the team that you might join asks some general questions about your experience and why you want to join TransferWise.
2. After the first interview they send you a take-home test. The test is a good representation of the projects you might be working on. The test is clearly a case-study that has been solved in the company a couple of years ago, so you're not doing 'free work' for them.
3. If they like your case study they will schedule another double interview. These are normally at the office. You will have a first 'technical' interview with another analyst who will ask questions about your case study and will ask you to walk them through some new case studies too. The second interviewer will determine your cultural fit. Make sure that you are excited about TransferWise's mission. They are not looking for someone that just wants a job, they want people that want to be part of the revolution.
4. Finally you'll have to come back to the office to have a final interview with the lead of the analyst guild. Most of the questions are similar to the previous rounds. Some are technical and some are more general.
Did a first round, was quite impressed with their system and processes, it was interesting to learn about the company in detailed and they are a budding fintech, seems like a fun environment .
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
introduction and background, experience in handling management
- Too many interview stages
- Disconnected questions
- Take candidates for granted - 5 interviews with feedback as unsuitable for role based on experience. Waste of candidates' time
- Referred for another vacancy where recruiter didn't turn up and then reported back saying I was absent

Question 1
Random questions, like what currency would you report sales in for Wise?
Was directly contacted by the recruiter and asked to join a call with the manager. The manager arrived and just said:" let me tell you about our company and then you can tell me about yourself". No greetings, no interest in the candidate. I felt he had come with a decision in his mind already! I never felt he was interested in knowing my background as a team member. I will not work for someone like this.
