Several steps-all very personal. Met with DOS, Human Resources and eventually the owners. Lastly, there was a written test -basic. The entire process took approximately two weeks before I was offered the job.

Entretien
Very relaxed and interactive. Met with Manager and then, eventually the Priciples of the company. Took an IQ test. Did not meet anyone else during this process but I knew several people who worked there.
