Interview started with an introduction of oneself. Informal Overview of position, expectations, and daily operations. No formal questions asked. Lasted approx. 1 hour from start to finish. One-on-one interview. Very comfortable atmosphere. I'm sure individual experiences will depend on the interviewer.
