Entretien
One-on-one interview was held with a younger lead clerk. He just asked a short set of 'usual' customer service related questions and then asked if I had any questions. It was brief.

Describe how you would handle if a customer forgot an item while in the pay out line?
I loved Jamie she was incredible, she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything, she was there when I needed things after I started, I can say that out of all the people I interacted with for my daily tasks she was the nicest and most understanding.

Was initially interviewed, told I would receive a follow up. I returned the call when I initially missed the call, and the recruiting manager told me I would have to respond by end of day which I did. Heard nothing after that.

Entretien
This interview process was pretty basic and easy. I declined because I felt as if the pay was not the best. I was able to get a better paying job else where but this would be a good job if you are looking to pick up a second one.
