      Entretien

Multi-stage process. I started by completing a 1-way video interview through Sparkhire, roughly about 6-8 questions. Went about two weeks before I heard next steps, which was a 45 minute phone screen with one of their Sr. Recruiters...which was scheduled for a week after I was notified that they wanted to do a phone screen. Was a solid call with the Sr. Recruiter though, nothing too out of the ordinary. I was notified shortly after that they wanted to move me to a final interview...two weeks after the phone screen. The interview was obviously 100% virtual, and spread over two days where I met with many members of the Talent Recruitment team. Day 1 was a project where they ask you to put together candidates that you sourced for a live opening they have, and explain your methods along with your why as to what you see in them. They also do a role play where one of the attendees acts as a candidate and you're expected to draw information from them. Day 2 is more of a "traditional" style interview. Meet with the rest of the team, where they ask you questions about your background, fit, and some STAR personality aimed questions. Some in the interview were definitely more engaged than others, and I was surprised that one Sr. member didn't roll out of bed. Still, most of the team was solid. I ended up not receiving an offer, which is OK, but for the time I invested into the process, I thought I was at least due some feedback as to why, especially when during the start of the process, I was told that the needs of their office were going to necessitate them having two openings for the role I was interviewed for. Just never felt like I did anything "bad" to not be considered deep for the opportunity, but I see that they're still filling heads for this role. Better communication and more timely updates would have been appreciated too, but I am guessing they are overworked in a sense.

Very long interview process with the final stage being 4 hours and they won’t give you feedback on where you went wrong if you don’t get an offer. Not much on open communication that is in their values. Also, very repetitive interview questions
