After applying online, I received an e-mail a few weeks later which included a list of dates and times available to come in for an interview. This interview will include you and anywhere between a dozen to two dozen people. This is not your ordinary interview. They have multiple activities such as singing, dancing, and acting to see how you are around other people and testing your enthusiasm. If you are lucky, a few weeks later you will receive an e-mail to come back for another interview. This time, it deals more with actual work related concepts, team work, and yourself as an individual. You will receive another e-mail a few weeks later stating whether you got the position or not.
