Made a huge mistake interviewing with this consultancy. I had to prepare a presentation for an interview with the director. I was insulted, mocked and made to feel small for absolutely no reason. This is absolutely no way to treat a candidate, even if you feel they are a poor fit for your company and it reflects the toxic culture of this company. I’m happy I don’t have to work for such a miserable individual.

Standard phone screen (approx 30-45 mins) then whole morning in person assessment. This incorporated: -Presentation with in-depth follow up questions -Several discussions about my experience as well as the company itself (they've got a pretty unusual approach, highly technical, and there appears to be a lot of working from home. This may not suit everyone). -A very interesting exercise - how you would approach a unique modelling concept, with follow-up discussion.
