If you really know UX Design, you know that it is scientific in nature and you need to have studied psychology, anthropology, sociology at least, or having read books on your own, without this, it's just web design. The company has UI Designers on one side and UX Designers on the other side, so assuming the interviewers knows what actually UX Design is, if you talk about the things above, it could give you a plus.
