Pretty standard process with a couple technical coding interviews and a behavioral round. One thing I found strange was that after the final round they asked for 2 references before deciding on a hire, when typically reference checks are performed as a standard process after an offer. For someone interviewing at many places it's not ideal to have to keep bothering people for multiple references.
