very easy interviews. 2 interviews, first one was with supervisor and human resources and second with senior human resources and lab manager. 70% personality questions and 30% experience questions. recieved the offer 9 days after my second interview

recruiter gave assurance on offer and i waited for 2 weeks and got ghosted.

It's half an hour interview, 15 minutes with the HR basic questions and 15 minutes with the lab manager, The manager asked about your previous experience. Asked questions about quality and GMP, GLP etc. Are you willing to do shift work?
