I came to one of the open interview days with HR. They asked me what unit I was interested in and then called up to the floor for me to meet with the nurse manager of the unit. On the floor, they showed me around and the process was more of getting to know me than a formal interview. This was a Thursday. She let me know the next step was shadowing, which I did on Monday night. And I got the offer Friday morning.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc

It was great and I enjoyed meeting everyone on the floor and other leaders in the system. It was an awesome awesome experience. I would like to see more interviews like this.

The process was very easy. This interview took place during Covid. I was happy to get the job. The interview process was super easy. They interview was less than 20 minutes.
