They have good recruiters. Many STAR format questions. Practice your STAR answers as that is much of the interview. Be friendly and show interest, while not coming off as desperate, show that you know what you're doing. If you do, then you'll get the job.

Easy , respectfully and straightforward the team really cared about getting the right fit vs just hiring someone for a role that they may not like and possibly leave in the future
Star method used. Requires lots of detail to answer simple questions that don’t need the level of detail needed to meet the star method requirement. Interview went well, just awkward trying to elaborate on answers.

Multiple interviews, First phone with recruiter, second phone with district manager then a third another with district manager and wealth manager. They already have your sale numbers from what ever bank you are coming from. It is a small world, be honest and explain your process and you will be fine.
