Group interview at first with about 30 people. A week later I was called to interview at branch. Had interiew with current branch manager and branch manager from another store. It went well. Then did a background check and was hired.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

Describe a situation where you had a simple transaction turn into a more complex one with a customer on the spot
First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
