It took forever for them to make a decision on hiring---six months from the date of phone interview to job offer. The phone interview was easy. However, I waited several months to get an "in person" interview. The in person interview was with 4 levels of management---seemed like overkill to me.

The VP didn't ask many questions...mainly warned me that insurance companies are not well liked by the general public.

Entretien
Three rounds, all over the phone without any cameras. First round was vetting by HR, second round was with managers, third round was with one manager and two peers. Each round was separated by 2 weeks.

Entretien
it was straightforward. The people who interviewed me were knowledgeable on their field. There was no "gotcha" attempt or whatsoever or any trick question during the whole time.
The conference room where the interview was conducted was condusive for the exercise.
