Phone interview and then in person interview. Phone interview had standard questions like "What are your weaknesses" or "Why do you want this job". In person interview was with the manager of the department and mostly was asking questions about my personality to make sure I would fit in with the rest of the team.

I had a screener interview first that was very short (probably 20 minutes) and then an in person interview which was pretty long (about an hour). They then made me an offer a few days later
