The interview process took about month. I had phone interview which was easy but the interviewer was a little rude. I was expecting to get the job offer within a week got a email declining me.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
