It was a lengthy process and at times felt too long and drawn out. The questions during the interviews were mostly personality based rather than skill-based so they were easy to answer but this made it difficult to prepare for the interviews.

Phone interview, in-person interview, another in person interview, you take a few tests along the way and do job shadowing. Pretty intense but Patty was very helpful along the way and everybody I met with was very nice.
