Interviewed with assistant manager, generic questions. Why should we hire you? What are your strengths, weaknesses etc. proceeded to second interview with GM. Apparently I was over qualified for the position, was put up for the GMIT program. Which required another interview with the RGM, this one was slightly more in depth. We delved into my previous work history, why I was successful, why I had left etc.

Entretien
I received two calls before being extended an offer. The first call was preliminary questions and the second was more specific. The hiring manager was open about the type of work and happy to answer my questions.

The interview process is somewhat long. You have to take a computerized exam which presents the store with a score and that is how they determine whether or not to bring you in. Seems to be the new standard in interviewing these days.

Entretien
It was very easy to get hired. I applied then called the next day and got an interview that same week. The manager asked me simple questions. It was mainly can I work well with others and follow rules.
