2 Phone Interviews followed by in person meeting with senior management. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and I love that the culture is as advertised. The atmosphere was very casual and friendly overall

Applied on line and the Regional HR Director conducted a phone interview. Interviewed onsite the next day at the community. Director was not sure on salary, training or other information regarding this position. Sent follow-up emails only to be ghosted. Terrible candidate experience. Not an organized place.
