Without any action of my own, I had a recruiter contact me interested in interviewing me. I talked to the recruiter and gave them my resume. They then asked me to apply via their website. I filled out their form expecting to move on to the next phase, but it never happened. They rejected my application after them asking me to apply.

Took a long time to schedule due to poor communication from the HR/recruiting teams. No feedback after the interview either, complete silence... They're not approving remote hiring either; Toronto area candidate is asked if moving to Ottawa is an option. The engineer who conducted the tech interview itself was awesome though.
