I was first contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview. The recruiter asked simple questions about my job experience and professional strengths. About a week later, an interview was scheduled. I recieved an intinerary and was scheduled for 5 one-on-one interviews in one day. Be prepared to spend a full day for your first set of interviews. I received an offer a little more than two weeks after my full-day interview. From what I understand, my experience is uncommon; for most the hiring process can take months.
