Sat down with a member of management in a loud computer office. Asked questions, signed paperwork, and done. Quick, fast, painless, easy. Make sure you dress appropriately, speak clearly, and smile. They will be most willing to hire and promote those that have a "full availability".

Question 1
Name a time you performed outstanding customer service. Describe your experience.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
