There were a few standard steps to the process. There was an initial phone screen, two over-the-phone interviews (one with the manager of the position and one with a colleague with the same position) , and an in-person interview with the office manager. The whole process took an expected amount of time for all these interviews, which is nice knowing that consideration was put into this process.
