Lengthy interview process with no real sense of urgency from the organization. I had three interviews wherein I met the whole staff. Lack of communication throughout the process left me often times unclear about the status of my candidacy, and I had to proactively request updates. It took about a month after my final interview for them to contact my references and get back to me.
