I was interviewed by the HR Manager and an Accounting Manager. The interview was long and tedious. I have done a lot of interviews and they are normally more conversations rather than a test. The HR manager grilled me with around 15 questions, many behavioural and some questions were only slightly different than a previous question so it was difficult to provide a unique response for each. Its difficult to show enthusiasm when the interview is such a drag. The accounting work area looks like a sweat shop so I would not have accepted an offer.
